These terms apply when you use the Veterinary Resource Centre ("VRC") website. By creating an account or making a booking you agree to them.

Your account

• Give accurate details and keep your contact information up to date.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for bookings made from your account.
• We may suspend accounts that are misused.

Bookings and quotes

• Some services have a fixed price; others are quoted by our team after you submit a request. A booking is confirmed once it has been paid, or confirmed by our staff.
• Farm visit prices include a distance charge estimated from the location you give us.
• Please let us know as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Payments

Payments are made by M-Pesa. You will receive a receipt on the website once a payment is confirmed. For refunds or payment problems, contact us with your M-Pesa receipt number.

Virtual consultations

Virtual consultations give advice based on the information, photos and videos you provide. They cannot replace a physical examination; our vet may recommend a clinic or farm visit. In an emergency, contact us by phone.

Content you upload

Only upload photos, videos and documents that you have the right to share. We use them solely to provide our services.

Liability

We provide our veterinary services with professional care. The website is provided as is, and we are not responsible for losses caused by temporary unavailability or by inaccurate information supplied to us.

Privacy

How we handle your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
